Because of this issue, I'm selling for parts or not working. The case is in average - below condition, with some noticeable oxidation rust on outside metal pieces not perfect see pictures handle shows wear. Hickok 123 r cardmatic tube tester, used lights up I tried to test it but could not get much meter movement. I cannot make any guarantee about the cards.

The cards do show wear comes with nice reproduction owners manual because of heavy weight large size, this is an expensive item to ship. Inside the case, metal looks about good average. There is a stock of cards, however it may not be complete, certain.
