This is the same emissions score as my known nos tubes. This is a Lear 12AY7 tube by Ge. One of the tubes was still wrapped in its original wadding, but none were in a box.

It has gray plates and a square Fetter. I have tested this tube on my encore mighty mite emissions tester. I will combine shipping if more than one is bought.

It is most likely from the 1950's, with the remnants of the code indicating 1953 or this came with a batch of tubes I purchased and quite possibly could be nos bulk stock. I have a total of 12 of these For sale.
