Medium to heavy scratching.

May be very light scratching but not noticeable very good plus used, some light scratching to either the case or CD record. Most have one. Once the weight of a package goes above 4lbs I have no other option but to send it priority.

Heavy scratching to the disc. I know nothing about electronics but have just learned how to use the only tube tester I can understand.

Cd record still plays well, or if this is in grading is in regard to the case then there may be cracks in the case fair the CD record plays, sometimes skips. Slightly heavier than above.

This is a process, and it takes time.

Cd record does not play.

I cannot say if it is new or not, but my father had thousands of new and used tubes.

I normally will offer both services for items under 4lbs. He had stuff from pre 1920s, new, used etc. Cd still plays well.

This looks new and is in the correct box.

They will normally want to see the item and packing. Like new used but no obvious signs of use.
