Would appear to be an American made tube which is what I wanted verify. Arcturus did not make new radio tubes after circa 1940, I think, and standard sold off the remaining stock they went bankrupt. I did a little research due to the crude stamp on tube and came across pertinent information antique radio forum. This radio tube is probably a re branded from another major manufacturer and most likely was war surplus item.
Arcturus 2E22 which tests at 92 where 50 is the minimum good on a tv7 u radio tube tester.
