It is mounted on a waveguide and was manufactured in the early 60's. This has the same format as 416a tried. 99, very good price for this extremely hard to find item. Up for offer is a vintage Western Electric 449A reflex klystron tube.
These do not come up for offer hardly ever as they are very hard to obtain.
