The identification on tube is very difficult to read but I have gotten another photo shown which leads me believe it a 5cp1a. I have provided the data sheet for 5cp1a which is also used 5CP7A difference being phosphor characteristics. Used in oceanography.

The box is severely aged. Again, the tubes are identical except phosphor type.
