They are RCA 6836 electron radio amplifier vacuum tubes. Here are 2 slightly rarer tubes. These must be unusual tubes. They tested on my TV-7 at 44/38 and 36/42 with minimum values of 20/20 so good strong tubes.

I can say have never had to set my TV-7 at these particular settings before, so they must be pretty specialized.
