This tube has the 17mm black plates and top square slanted fetter. Here is one new in the original box, westinghouse branded made by Rca in the 50 tube. Your tube tester readings may be different from my tester, but this is a nos tube.
I tested the tube on my Hickok 600 mutual conductance tube tester and it reads new at micrometers, where micrometers is the average reading of new 7058 tubes given on the roll chart. It has no shorts or gas.
