Details:

The original owner was an electrical engineer at rayon and had been using this as main power amplifier in his home setup for decades. Please view all of the photos.

On Tue 8 21 I powered it using my light bulb current limiter dim tester and a 300w behaves as expected, with no shorts. I purchased this from him with the intention of fully restoring it but sadly will not be undertaking project. Excellent condition with the rare gold colored tube cage.

As you can see in the photos, he partially recapped it and kept well maintained including hand written notes regarding voltage s power output. Besides that I have not attempted to fully power it on, performed any repairs or tampered with in way. All tubes have been gm tested on my fully restored b k 707 and are at or near nos levels - which is around 100 for the EL34s 85 6an8's.

That said, given its age i'm offering it as is for restoration. Note: these are not the factory original tubes but were in unit when I purchased it. Also, one of the EL34s has a broken pin guide.

This stereo was auditioned for me and functional when I bought it within the last year.
