The envelope is labelled CG-890, but it also known as a type pliotron, or VT shipping 4. The press is labelled 20x, rather than having a VT designation. The last photo is without flash to show that tube has a slight amber color in natural light. The filament is good, and I lit it, but am not sure of test settings, as believe voltage should be about 7.
