ITT Electron Tube Division, Power Diode F-7030, 3 prong, weak. Shipping is a flat rate. I did some research on how to test these and of people stated. That when they removed the old one, new one checked same in some cases.
It states on them that there weak, with readings. It stated it is weak. When I opened box, seen there was writing on inside flap or the outside top of box about this item. This was in this box.
They also stated that the used ones came up weak, still worked as good new. I bought these and thought they were New. Unless part is defective. From moisture.
