There is some wear to the lettering on tube. The uranium glass inserts glow nicely under a black light. This indicates that the tube has lost vacuum at some point in its life. Though unused, the fetter is oxidized.

Westinghouse power tetrode JAN-CWL-861 VT-19 this unit was unused in its original box however, the trashed and could not be saved. The filament shows continuity, but if you power up tube, will burn out due to lack of vacuum. The tube is over 16 inches tall. Therefore, this tube is a dud and for display only.
