The last letter of the date code is barely visible but can be made out with a magnifying glass. The base mold in the glass by the pins is a backwards f this tube is guaranteed, 14 day inspection test.

This tube is highly sought after and considered to be one of the best 12ax7's ever produced. This is a valuable tube and I want to insure it arrives safely. The label printing on this tube is very good.
