This tube comes as shown in the photos. This tube has been in climate controlled storage from the time I purchased it until today. I had purchased this particular tube a few years ago and, at that time, the person it from told me tested good and also provided with one photo of filament being lit up which included in listing. This listing includes a vintage Perryman PA-245 mesh-plate type 45 vacuum tube / valve.

Because I currently have no way to test this tube myself, it is being sold as-is, without the option return. I had planned to use this tube in a project, which never ended up taking place, so am now deciding sell it. Own this vintage vacuum tube for a great price.
