George I do not clean dust and dirt off of tubes that I sell in lots such as these preamp tubes. I ship typically once a week.

These tubes are sold as is and working, but as is.

Shipping is free to you another mandate because they charge a percentage of my shipping cost if I charge but not free to me. However I got complaints from folks if some of the silk screening name was removed. This picture is representative of stock available. Early on I used to clean these tubes.
