Under no circumstances will I accept return tubes for return that are missing this stamp. This was one reason I used to own 5 testers because they never read the same. Important all tubes are stamp within an invisible security pen identifier to ensure that, in the event of a return, I get the tubes back that I originally sold.
Please be careful not to rub the stamp off until the tube meets your satisfaction.
It very hard to control once it not in our hands. I will inspect each one to verify the brand and number match the box, if that tube appears to be new nos, with no obvious defects and if I feel unnecessary to test. It is all about how good the tester is been calibrate and all tester are not created equal.
