Under no circumstances will I accept return tubes for return that are missing this stamp. These pictures are for illustration only item may very. I can't not be testing over 2000 tube that I have.

The stamp is very similar to the chalky paint that tube manufacturers used but it can only be seen with a UV light and as such, it is removable if rubbed with sufficient force. It is all about how good the tester is been calibrate and all tester are not created equal.
