The Philco is marked 45 and the sylvania SC both check on the low end of the good scale. I am sure they both have plenty of life left in them. Here is a pair of engraved based balloon shaped output tubes. These tubes need to be used not put into storage for another 50 years.

No shorts or leakage detected on my Jackson tester.
